I'm stuck in an endless loop

I reinstalled windows 11 recently and while trying to access my secondary drive by entering the bios an error popped up saying "Hard disk error" and to press f2 to run a system diagnostics I do that and it says the system diagnostic is out of date but I can't update it because I can't enter my OS because I keep getting the same error so I have no idea what to do
