Hi @Deshar
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.
It sounds like your PC is stuck in a startup loop after deleting Realtek-related files, possibly affecting critical drivers. Since troubleshooting options aren't working, let's go through some recovery steps.
Step 1: Boot into Safe Mode
- Turn off your PC completely.
- Turn it on and immediately start pressing F8 (or Shift + F8) repeatedly.
- If you see the Advanced Startup Options, select Safe Mode.
- Once in Safe Mode, try reinstalling Realtek drivers from your PC manufacturer’s website.
Step 2: Use Startup Repair
- When your PC gives the troubleshoot or power off option, select Troubleshoot.
- Click Advanced Options → Startup Repair.
- Let Windows attempt to fix startup issues.
If Startup Repair fails, move to the next step.
Step 3: Restore Windows to a Previous State
- Go to Advanced Options → System Restore.
- Select a restore point before you deleted Realtek files.
- Follow the prompts to restore Windows.
If no restore points are available, proceed to the next step.
Step 4: Reset Windows (Without Losing Files)
- In Advanced Options, select Reset this PC.
- Choose Keep my files.
- Follow the instructions to reinstall Windows while keeping personal data.
Step 5: Perform a Clean Windows Installation
If nothing works, you may need to reinstall Windows:
- Create a Windows installation USB using another PC.
- Boot from the USB (press F9 or Esc at startup).
- Select Install Windows and follow the steps.
Let me know how it goes.
Take care, and have an amazing day!
