Product: Won’t come on
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My husband installed a program on my computer it’s HP pavilion 500 series 490 that’s like the power cord in the back the green light comes on but when I push the power button it is not turning on I’ve tried everything to restart my mind is fried with this
