Product: Pavilion 1587c
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
Last Friday the 14th 2021 after updates computer would start up I could log in homepage came up but no programs loaded and the little blue circle just kept going around and around. I’ve tried restarting, no good. Then I tried several of the YouTube videos still nothing helped. Anyone have any suggestions before I reload Microsoft and loose all my data, I do have backups from MSN and Norton.

- Power-off your computer.
- Power-on your computer.
- When you see the circular "spinner", hold-down the on/off button until the computer powers-off.
- Repeat #2 and #3 about 3 times.
- Repeat #2, and see if Windows will have recognized the multiple, consecutive, failures to load Windows, and will open to a "Recovery Screen"
- One of the options will be to "refresh" -- to reload Windows, WITHOUT deleting any of your personal files.
Good luck.
