I tried resetting my laptop, but there was an error with it

Hello all,

 

i tried to to reset my laptop, but when I did there was an error with it. Whenever I turn my laptop on, it gets to the “hp” screen when you restart your laptop and then it goes completely black. It has been doing this for the past 3 hours now, can anyone help me or do I take it to a shop?

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to try clean installing W10.
