Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and older

I’ve been having trouble trying to restar completely my computer with new owner and everything and I also don’t remember my password to my main account from the system and I want to restart my computer and delete everything.

According to the Community's Rules of Participation:

Therefore, this topic is being locked. If you would like help resetting the password on your product, please Contact HP support in your region. 


For cases related to BitLocker issues, please contact Microsoft Support.
