Im stuck at the hp start screen windows 10 can someone help me?

Ok so i was playing games. And then i felt sleepy while overday and then when i woke up random night i started up my computer. And there pop out a windows 10 fixing (C:) stage 2. And the thing finished and it became this screen

 and then i just waited and waited... And ive restarted it and is impossible to touch any of my keys. All the keys wont access the anything. Im on my phone right now and doing this and i began to wonder if i should google for it i tried many options but didnt seem to work. Would be nice if someone can help me.
