@Narayan6 -- the motherboard tried, unsuccessfully, to start to read the Windows files from the disk-drive.

It could be a 'failed" disk-drive.

 

Can you restart your computer, and immediately start tapping "ESC", until you see a menu that allows you to launch the HP Hardware Diagnostics?
