Product: HP All-in-One 24-f0137c
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

We Purchased  HP All-in-One 24-f0137c from Sam's Club Feb 2020 and the hard drive crashed in January 2020 and HP shows serial # warranty started May 2019 and expired June 2020.  I have been trying for weeks to get help but cannot get a live person from HP. Any suggestions or help is greatly appreciated.

Hi,

 

Did the HDD fail in January 2020 or January 2021?

 

You may have a warranty problem if you did not contact HP Support prior to Feb 2021.

 

How do you now prove the HDD failed within the warranty period?

 

I would buy a new drive. It is not worth the hassle and HDDs are inexpensive.
