Install windows 10 to a wiped out hard drive

HP PRO 3400
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently got 2 HP Proo 3400, that were donated to us. I wiped out the hardrive on both of them.  Ready to install windows 10 from a bootable DVD, but i keep getting a message  " missing operation system " or no boot disk has been detactive ", I changed the book order, but still not working. Is there any special BIOS set up that it will allow me to install a full new installation of windows 10 or 7?

Hi

You would need to prepare the PC,

Select Secure or Legacy boot in the BIOS; and format the HDD to GPT or MBR.

However sometimes the USB/DVD has not been prepared correctly.  Can you list the files on the DVD?

If in doubt please ask.
