HP Recommended

My omen gaming PC has been encountering a lot of issues recently.  The biggest is powering it on, sometimes it doesn't respond to hitting the power button and needs several presses after waiting a few minutes to turn on.  The internal light flickers for a bit too until going out and randomly coming on again several hours later.  I also have a USB issue.  Sometimes it'll hold inputs from the keyboard and controllers.  I have tested a few different wires, controllers and keyboards and I can confirm it's the PC.  

I have heard of static build up being an issue so I unplugged everything from the computer and held the power button for half a minute.  This didn't solve my issue.  Bios updates, computer updates.  Cleaning up the system, none of these have helped.
