Nothing recent , just brought online in Nov.

Hi,

 

This could be a hardware or Windows driver corruption problem.

 

I would back up data. Do a clean Windows install to check for a hardware problem.

 

Have you tried HP Diagnostics to check hardware before doing a clean Windows installation? 

 

Start the PC. Tap "ESC". Select "F2" at the prompt.

 

Run system Tests.

 

I would contact HP Support (Link) if you have a hardware problem.
