Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Why doesn't the la2306x monitor connect to DP when booting into Windows 10 every time? I have to turn off the monitor and turn it back on every time. I factory reset the screen and it's fine. But when I turned on the computer again it happened again. I connected the monitor to my computer Dell OptiPlex 3020MT Windows 10 22H2.
