Product: HP Pavilion x360 - 14m-cd0001dx

So I've had my HP Pavillion since 2018 and as of now, I have no power options, the right side of my keyboard decided to stop working one day, and now after being on it for a few hours it randomly starts to lag and the fan stops running. I'm very careful with my laptop, I haven't spilt water on it or dropped it ever in my life since I've had it. It just decided to mess up on day. I tried getting fixed but the HP guy actually locked me out of my laptop and I had to get my computer manually reset by a completely different team! I just want to know why my laptop doesn't operate normally nymore. Yes I've ran tests on it and every time it said the imputer is perfectly fine.
