My laptop got hanged up and I forceful shutdown the laptop from the powerbutton

While restarting it took a long time and I shut down it again by pressing the power button

It does started some repairing or fixing ( Stage 1 and stage 2) and  went to repair automatically mode.It took a long time and doesn't ncompleted .I forcefully shutdown and it then never rebooted properly 

It goes stuck after hp logo screen.nothing happens after hp logo screen

Please help me to successfully restarting my laptop

HP Recommended

After many tries ,I ended up in resetting my windows.Now after login screen ,the screen goes black with a cursor.

Task manager is not visible upon selection for further diagnostics.Kindly help me out here
