Product: Example: HP Laptop

Computer slow, locking up, not responding when I click on things. My Windows operating system may need to be upgraded, I need help getting through the steps to see what's going on to get everything up to date & running again.

Please tell us what model PC you are using and what version OS you are running.  We need detailed information to provide you detailed assistance.  You say this is a laptop but yet, you posted it in the DESKTOPS section -- and that is confusing.

 

Upgrading your OS is NOT going to make it run any faster -- as it is NOT the OS version that is slowing you down.

 

Also, how OLD is your laptop?

 

We can proceed when you provide the information.
