Product: HP Stream Laptop

MY LAPTOP WONT TURN ON- My laptop cuts on, I see the light, But the screen is still black and I hold down the button but the screen is still black. I’ve tried many ways but they don’t work. (I don’t know how to take the back off of mine because it has one of the hard backs to take off.)

It seems you have reached your maximum level of technical competence. So, it is time to get help from an expert.

 

Is your HP Warranty still valid? If so, contact HP Support, and exercise the warranty, to get it repaired/replaced.

 

If the warranty has expired, it's your choice whether to pay HP Support to fix it, or to pay some qualified computer technician to fix it.
