Laptop stuck at start up screen

HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

Pc stuck at start up screen than i did removed battery of laptop and put it on direct power and pressed power button for 5 sec seft diagnosing started but now it is diagnosing from last 1 hr and i think it is now stuck at diagnosing thing wt to do

Does it show a "progress-bar" during the test?

Part of the diagnostics is a thorough test of your disk-drive.

That could take a few hours, depending on the capacity of the disk-drive.

Have patience.
