Product: HP ProBook 450 G7 Notebook PC IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So basically my laptop's charging was finished and it turned off once I opened it again it was stuck on the logo I clicked escape and it took so long to go into startup menu and then any option I choosed including system diagnostics it just took me to a black screen even I tried it directly through my boot screen by pressing F2 but same thing please help this also happened before but I have to the repair shop and he fixed it.
