Laptop with AMD Ryzen 7 powered down for 5 days. Tried to power up and got black screen. How do I ?

I have a HP Laptop with AMD Ryzen Series 7 with Windows 11.  Powered off  then turned on after 5 days and got black screen.

How do I fix the black screen?

Can’t get HP support because I don’t have model # or S/N ( it was a BD gift from my Son)
