According to this document your motherboard name is Cleveland GL-8 and was a Pegatron design board ID: 2AB6

https://www.game-debate.com/motherboard/index.php?mot_id=4096&motherboard=2AB6%20H67%20(Cleveland-GL...

the last BIOS release for the pegatron 2A86 was version 7.15

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp55501-56000/sp55548.exe

I peeked at the documentation and it only mentioned "IPISB-CH"

please look at your motherboard.  if it is version  IPISB-CH rev:1.04 then this BIOS may work

you mentioned you have an aging but very good PC that still works.   It's always dangerous to update any BIOS and I don't think this version is going to get you anything useful especially after reading that game debate article

install this BIOS at your own risk
