Please provide more detail.

 

This Forum cannot assist if you forgot the Windows sign in  password.

 

An unsolvable issue may also exist if you are having a BitLocker recovery key problem and you don't have the recovery key.

 

The BitLocker recovery key may not work if your PC recently did a BIOS update or the TPM is corrupted.

 

You might be able to get the BitLocker recovery key from your Microsoft account if you are signing into your PC using a Microsoft account.
