Hi @A57df
You seem to have no USB I/O. Try all available (front and back) USB ports on the PC.
Check to see if you can get to the HP UEFI Startup Menu using all USB ports. Shut down the PC. Start the PC. tap "ESC".
Can you navigate using mouse and keyboard outside of Windows?
