Product: HP Pavilion Desktop PC TP01-2000a (2Z6C9AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello all. I really need help. After installing an update recommended by HP Assist, it stated that I needed to restart my computer. After doing so, my user is gone. The only option is new user, which I cannot log into without a password and reset does not work. Also, switch users does not come up. Please advise.
