Product: HP Pavilion 20-b313w All-in-One Desktop PC

My sister gave me her older jp pavilion 20 desktop, but, I can’t get passed the login screen. She said she did a factory reset before she gave it to me, and when I get to the login screen it says the account is called “no one”, and none of the passwords she told me unlocked it. I cannot get a command prompt, and cannot do anything except struggle with the password login. I would like to be able to change the account
