Hi,

My name is Masum. I have a HP ProBook 650G. It works fine. But when press the power button, Nothing comes for about 6 to 7 seconds. Then Logo screen comes. After that the screen goes of again for few moments and goes normal with windows 10.

Please help me out there as it is annoying. The situation is gradually deteriorating.

Can you run the HP Hardware Diagnostics, to see if the disk-drive is "healthy" ?

 

Note that Windows "calls home" to check for Windows Update, if Windows starts with an active Internet connection.

Also, the Windows Defender anti-virus usually updates, each time that you restart Windows.

This can take some time. 

Experiment: disable the computer's WiFi, and/or disconnect the Ethernet cable, before you power-on the computer, to see if it loads more quickly.
