My HP Pavilion desktop is about two weeks old. I installed a printer and quicken. That is all. When it cameout of the box it started up no problem. All of a sudden I am seeing a black screen for 7 minutes between my login scrreen and my home screen. Can you tell me how to fix this?
(virus scan comes back clean)
Thank You
