HP EliteOne 800 G5 23.8-in Healthcare Edition All-in-One

I was wondering if anyone had run into this issue with any of their PCs and found a solution.  I currently have an EliteOne 800 G5 that has both of the blue screens come up when trying to boot or image the device.  I have swapped out the motherboard,  SSD drive and RAM and still having the issue.  These are the two blue screen errors I have been receiving. MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION  CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT.  I also tried to use the HP Sure Recover through the network but I get an error that comes up saying "Unable to locate region-specific recovery image for this system due to configuration error"

 

Has anyone come across this issue and found a solution?

I did change out the memory already plus moved the RAM stick to other slots and still have the errors come up.  Is there anything else to possibly try?  I have run a bunch of hardware tests and no errors have come up.  I also put a brand new image on it and still has the errors.
