I changed the Boot from Legacy to UEFI. I did save and exit. Even after a long time, the computer did not exit. So I turned off the computer. Now the computer is not booting. I tried pressing the F10 key several times and many attempts. Nothing happened. I tried booting from Windows 10 Recovery Disc while pressing the F10 key. Cannot get into the boot menu. Nothing comes up on my monitor.
How do I make my computer work again? Is there any hardware problem?
Please help.

What were you trying to do by changing the boot mode? That pretty much guarantees that Windows will no longer boot.
