If you purchased Microsoft Office when you bought the computer,

Look for the license key in the confirmation or shipment email that would be part of your purchase order documents.

What else?

Contact Microsoft - plead you case.

Offer whatever proof you have that the subscription was offered on this machine with its purchase.
