Memory extensive test fail

Component test: Memory extensive test failure id:

60F2MW-96N9PM -XD4E2J -40CV03

When i check at the Diagnostic Failure ID Code, error code said that Memory Module 1 Failure.

From time to tim, the pc keep freezing and it is getting worse. Sometimes blue screen error pop up: unexpected-kernel_mode_trap, DRIVER-IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, etc,.

Hi:

That error message indicates that you will have to remove and replace the memory module in slot 1.

For now, you can remove the defective module in slot 1, and put the good module in slot 1, and run it off the one memory chip until you can get a replacement.
