Buenas tardes, Maicol Tama le saluda. 

Tengo problemas con el inicio de mi pc, en presionar el botón de encendido el dispositivo "pc" enciende de modo normal, solo que se detiene en el icono de HP con un mensaje en la parte de abajo que dice: PREPARANDO REPARACIÓN AUTOMÁTICA,  luego de eso no responde a ningún comando ni tecla. 

Espero puedan ayudarme con una solución por favor gracias, espero sus respuestas.
