Monitor is receiving power but not turning on

My monitor won’t turn on at all. The white light behind the monitor is on meaning it’s receiving power but the power button light won’t come on and it won’t turn on in general. I’ve tried unplugging and replugging everything but nothing is working.

Please help as soon as possible!

This seems to be a hardware problem with the monitor

I suggest you contact HP Support for Service Options

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
