I've been trying to get a User Manual or my HP All-in-One but after almost two weeks of searching I couldn't find one. I hate the 'Virtual Assistant' but persevered and managed to 'chat' with a human and was told to call Support. Why couldn't the 'human' just email me a link? Anyway, I contacted Support and they eventually sent me a link (http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c07596073.pdf)
The problem is that when I click the link I get a 'Page Not Found.'
Minutes after sending the link Support 'close the case' so when I reply and tell them the link is useless I get an email from who knows where, in Spanish, German, French and Italian telling me the mailbox is not monitored. I am in the UK and now, at 1820 hours I can see below the message box that 'Your content was last auto-saved at 11:16 AM' I am also told, 'Your post has been changed because invalid HTML was found in the message body. The invalid HTML has been removed. Please review the message and submit the message when you are satisfied.'

Many thanks, that worked.
However I can't understand how, when my email address includes 'Google' they send me a link that doesn't work on that OS. Thankfully I've been able to open the link and download what I wanted.
Thanks again.
