I serviced my hp elite desk using a blower and anti rust spray.
After it was not powering. When i disconnect the power cables in the motherboard, the fun in the power supply spins but when i connect all the power cables on the motherboard no fun spins and the board doesn't power.
How do i go about this!?
Thanks

Was the blower heated?
Did you spray inside the case?
From what you said, it looks like you damaged the internals with either the blower and/or the spray -- and the only thing to do now is to take it to a computer repair shop to see if they can run any diagnostics on it to determine what was damaged.
There is nothing we can do for you from here for this.
