My Desktop Won't boot. I did a Windows Update and then it "started". Well the fans started spinning and the graphics card, keyboard, mouse and the headphones litted up as well. but 3 seconds after it goes completely dark. Then it does the exact same thing over and over again.

Hi @Petrus-h-p
Welcome to the HP Forum.
Does the PC start with user input and then shutdown and restart again without user input?
Start the PC. Try tapping the "ESC" key to see if you can get to the HP UEFI Startup Menu. You could also remove the CR2032 MB battery to reset CMOS. Can't say if these two tips will work in your situation. Your PC is acting as if there is a hardware problem.
This sounds like the latest Windows Update may have included a HP firmware update which may have corrupted the BIOS or some other component.
Windows updates should not cause hardware failure symptoms unless the Windows update included a faulty firmware update.
I can't find any driver or BIOS updates for your PC. This is very unusual. It might be possible to recover the BIOS using a HP BIOS update.
You may have to contact HP Support for assistance or have a local PC Tech take a look.
