Solved!
My HDD on my HP Pavilion is recognized, but not in the BIOS
09-06-2019 08:49 PM

I'm super stumped, and I'm getting really frustrated. Literally ANY help would be greatly appreciated! So, I got a new PC today. (It was used previously) It came with a 512GB M.2 SSD and a 1TB HDD. (I'm not using the HDD that came with it, because I wanted to use my old 1TB HDD, which had Windows 10 installed on it already.) Also, the PC came with a 180W PSU, which absolutely is cutting it too close with my GPU, the GTX 1650 (The Zotac one.) So, I replaced the PSU, with a 250W PSU (It didn't have a connector for the Optical Drive, which I don't use often anyways, so if that's what's causing it, I'm stupid.) The PC powers on, so I'm hoping the Optical Drive isn't causing this. But, I want to boot into Windows, through my HDD, but while it's being recognized as a storage device on my PC, it won't in the BIOS. The PC also didn't come with a Hard Drive cage, so I'm having to set it down at the bottom. I'm really hoping to get some help, I don't know exactly what I'm doing, and it's frustrating. Thanks, everyone! Sorry for the novel, but I really need help!

I don't know what you do to close the problem, but it's fixed. I just swapped the Sata cable, and removed the SSD.
