Product: HP 400 G2 mini
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

My HP G2 won't boot, it's stuck on the HP logo or on a black screen. i can access my bios and boot menu but i am unable to boot ( this includes USB and system recover media as well). i have tried a number of methods to resolve this issue but it still persists.

 

Please help.
