HP Envy Desktop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP ENVY Desktop TE01-0077c won't boot up - it gets caught in a cycle of 3 long beeps followed by 2 short beeps, power light goes off for a second then tries to boot up again with the same beeping message. What could be wrong? Is it problem with the  power supply or problem with the hard disk?

Hi,

A 3.2 BIOS error means you have a memory initialization issue. See this (Link) for details.

It looks like you have two 16 GB sticks of memory. Try reseating both sticks of memory. Then try each stick of memory , one at a time, in each memory slot to isolate a possible bad component.

You may also have to try a new, known good stick of memory to solve the problem.

Regards
