My HP Envy 750-114 powers up, fans go, but no signal to the monitor. Monitor is good.

My HP Envy 750-114 powers up, but no signal to monitor. Fans run,  opticle goes in and out, pulled RAM, pulled HDD, elliminated all plugins, replaced 2032 battery etc.... No signal. Any ideas?

HDD did have some strange noises several times during previouse startups.

I have the same prolem with Envy 700-010xt. Don't remember HDD ever making a noice and when I remove it and hook up externally via USB, HDD seems fine.
