Product: HP Compaq dc7900 Small Form Factor
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hi! My PC boots up, and after a while it displays the total amount of installed Ram along with the words "HP Compaq Small Form Factor 

                      <F9=BIOS> <F10=Setup>                                          <F12=Network>"

After that the PC hangs, is unresponsive, and hard booting does not work.I have tested my Ram individualy, unplugged everything, even remove Window and reinstalling from another PC. Please help?;?!???!!

On page 8 Chapter 2 is a guide on how to start troubleshooting problems.  Start with following those steps.
