Product: HP Probook 450 G7

Hello, my HP Probook 450 G7 restarts as soon as it turns off when it is on battery, when I turn it off in a simple way, with the cmd, with the button.

 

When it turns off the CAPS LOCK flashes for a while and the pc turns on right after.

 

All drivers and Windows are up to date, the bios too.

 

If anyone has a solution please let me know. THANKS
