HP Recommended

The HP desktop shut down like the plug been polled. I’ve unplugged it and re-plugged it several times. It has power. At least the outlet is working. It will not restart.

NO PC told at all, (hard nut to crack) here goes.

fans silent?

power button led looks ok or not, blinking not.

screen dead or not

BIOS dead or not. Esc key hammered at power on.

long 10 second push of power button and release wake up

does long hard reset fix this (fully safe this) 1,2,3,4

 

windows is last, not first.  above must all work first/.

 

NO warranty answers by me.
