Product: HP All IN ONE PC #3LB86AA#ABA
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My computer will not power on it displays a message Enter Power-on Password then a key symbol.  Please help I start a new work from home job and need to do a speed test for them.  Thank you for any guidance!

You're combing two very different problems into one issue.

 

If the PC won't power on, then when you press the power button, nothing happens -- no lights, no screen, no fan noise.

 

If the PC powers on but then prompts for a password, that means it has a BIOS password set -- and we can't help you with that.

 

So, which it is?
