Mine is having the exact same issue, AND it happened on the 12th! Coincidence...? I think NOT!

I bought an HP power supply but the issue persists. Is there anyone who knows or have encountered the issue themselves? Thank you in advance! 😉

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc. 

 

May I know if you have purchased the power supply from HP? Could you please brief me about the issue so that I can assist you further with it?
