Keep getting

Stop Code - Driver

What Failed : L1c63x64.sys

It's getting worse. I have to keep turning computer off and then back on.

It doesn,t come back on automatically after microsoft windows collects the error info.

Keeps failing when I'm checking or watching certain programs

That file is part of the ralink network driver according to what google revealed for L1c63x64.sys

Try the following driver for your RT5390 Wi-Fi card

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71571.exe

as recommended by @Paul_Tikkanen here

You might consider pulling that half height mini and use a dual Wi-Fi / Bluetooth in an available PCIe slot

My computer stopped again 2 hours ago.

Blue Screen,

https://www.windows.com/stopcode

stop code:

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

what failed: L1C63x64.sys

Isn't this a Windows driver problem?

That file is part of Atheros ethernet driver kit

BeemerBiker_0-1661884116006.png

I have that device on my area51 system and its uninstall app is listed below

BeemerBiker_1-1661884217407.png

It is possible that driver is corrupted.

Please boot into safe mode and run SFC /SCANNOW from an administrator prompt

BeemerBiker_2-1661884830720.png

That file is in windows driver store and even if you do NOT have a QUALCOMM Wi-Fi Microsoft keeps a copy of it available and it is possible it got corrupted.

Also, that url I listed does not work, not sure why it as removed from HP siite

If you have problems booting into safe mode from a blank screen then you may need to use the diagnostic win10 USB boot.
