Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My HP laptop doesn't turn on but the keyboard light flashes every five seconds. And when at times it does turn on, it hangs to the extent I must press and hold the power button to shut down and then the booting up becomes a problem and the cycle continues. This time it's not even turning on.
