My Hp Pavilion all in one won’t turn on

HP Recommended
Hp Pavilion 23 q-116
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I was Working on my computer and it shut off. I thought we lost power but everything else was still on. My warranty is expired so I cant actually get ahold of anyone. I followed all the steps that the virtual assistant gave me. I’ve checked three different wall plugs and all of them power everything else except my computer. No lights come on in the front no noise nothing. I’ve tried to do the hard reset with everything unplugged. Please help.

Even though your warranty has expired, you can still get "paid" support from HP.

But, I think that a technician at a local computer-store can diagnose your computer.

The symptoms (no lights, no noise) suggest that It is a "dead" power-supply.

Plug-in the power-supply, for an hour.  If it is working, it should generate some heat -- and be warm to the touch.

Your "All-In-One" computer has an external power-supply.

If you have a friend with a "Multimeter" hand-held tester, they can test the voltage/amperage being produced by that unit.

Most computer-stores will NOT have a replacement power-supply in stock.

You can look on eBay or Amazon or http://store.hp.com

to order a replacement.
