HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HI 
After the recent update my laptop showing wrong password even it is a correct one 
i tried by reset the system by pressing F8 then also it is navigating to administrator login page that is also i don't know 
Please suggest me what can i do
