My HP Laptop won't boot up. I ran a hard drive test and it failed one of the tests. After this, a code came up:

9K4EJW-9B79R7-XD7W3F-60XX03

I really don't want to buy a new laptop but I don't know what to do. Can someone help me?

a possibility of you being able to get the SELLER to honour the 2 year EU warranty.

They may give you short shrift (was it Curry's, online or where?).

for the scope of the work, so that a local repair shop would charge a £100 - £150 I guess to replace it.
